About this app

Mukook for Captains is the dedicated app for delivery drivers registered on the Mukook platform. Through it, you receive available delivery orders in your area, fulfill them, and track your earnings.

Receiving Orders: You'll receive notifications for available orders in your area with instant alerts for each new order. You can view orders as a list or on a map, and accept or reject an order with a single tap.

Fulfilling Deliveries: After accepting an order, the app displays the pickup location and delivery address on the map, along with step-by-step order updates: arrival at the store, start of delivery, and final delivery confirmation via a customer verification code.

Controlling Your Working Hours: You can switch your online status between "online" and "offline" at any time, and you'll only receive orders when you're online.

Order History: Review your completed orders, including details and costs for each order.

Other features: - A profile showing your rating, number of completed orders, and vehicle details
- Instant notifications for every new order
- Light and dark modes
- Change your password and submit complaints within the app
