About this app

ProofCam is a GPS map camera that stamps every photo with where and when it was taken: a live map, the address, latitude and longitude, and the date and time.

Use it for site visits, field work, property and construction photos, deliveries, inspections, travel memories, or any time a photo needs to show where it was taken.

HOW IT WORKS
• Open the camera. ProofCam finds your location and shows the stamp live on the preview.
• Take the photo. The stamp is saved into the image, and GPS details are added to the photo's EXIF data.
• Find it in your gallery under Pictures › ProofCam, or in the app's own gallery.

WHAT THE STAMP CAN SHOW
• Mini map with a pin at your location
• Short and full address
• Latitude and longitude in decimal or degrees, minutes, seconds
• Date and time in your choice of format, with time zone (GMT offset)
• Plus Code (Advanced template)
• Altitude and GPS accuracy (Advanced template)
• Your own note, such as a site name or job number (Advanced template)

TWO TEMPLATES
• Classic: fills in everything automatically
• Advanced: choose exactly which details appear

CAMERA
• Tap to focus, flash (off, auto, on), grid lines, front and back camera
• GPS status chip shows accuracy, with one-tap fixes if location is off

GALLERY
• All your ProofCam photos in one place
• Share to WhatsApp, email or any app in one tap
• Open any photo's location in Google Maps

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account or sign-up
• Your photos stay on your phone; ProofCam does not upload them
