I can't use the $ credit on my phone to extend my plan for another month or so — it's only usable for extra services. Thanks for your reply team, but it's not an issue, it's a feature limitation that you don't allow. Please take a look at Vodafone, Telstra, Optus, and other offshore telecom providers, and try to make your services closer to theirs. Thanks.

Worst service for the highest bills. Completely unacceptable. Deep dissatisfaction with your service, especially your mobile application and online payment system. The app is unreliable, difficult to use, and consistently fails when trying to complete payments. This level of inefficiency is extremely frustrating and does not justify the high costs charged to customers. Immediate improvement is needed.

kept showing "no connection". I couldn't use this app anymore. I was logged in and was using the app with ease. Android System Webview is up-to-date and everything else. It just decided to stop working on its own. Sad. Uninstalled, I can't have that happen when I need it the most.
