I can't use the $ credit on my phone to extend my plan for another month or so — it's only usable for extra services. Thanks for your reply team, but it's not an issue, it's a feature limitation that you don't allow. Please take a look at Vodafone, Telstra, Optus, and other offshore telecom providers, and try to make your services closer to theirs. Thanks.

Updated yesterday on android, but now app does not open and keeps closing directly. Uninstalled and reinstalled yet same problem. application is very slugish and very slow compared to the old versions!!! a miserable application nowadays....

Still waiting for a fix! Why doesn't the dashboard show the data bundle expiration date? It's frustrating having to search through my phone messages every single time I need to know when to recharge. Fix this, please.
