a lot of bugs in the live chat customer service : when you are set to chat with a live remote agent to ask about something, the phone's keyboard hides the chat screen, so you can't see what are you typing because there are a lot of bugs in the live chat, Lebanese rubbish application.

Updated yesterday on android, but now app does not open and keeps closing directly. Uninstalled and reinstalled yet same problem. application is very slugish and very slow compared to the old versions!!! a miserable application nowadays....

very frequent updates.. and they're not optional, you will need to update before using the app even if you're in an emergency situation
