PDF Scanner: Size Limit lets you choose the maximum PDF size before you scan. Select 1 MB, 2 MB, 5 MB, or a custom KB or MB limit, then scan every page. The app adjusts image quality and compression to create the clearest practical PDF within your selected limit.

CHOOSE THE PDF SIZE FIRST

Start with the maximum file size accepted by the destination. The live estimate helps you track the expected PDF size while scanning, before the document is finished.

MULTI-PAGE DOCUMENT SCANNING

Scan all pages in one document. Automatic edge detection helps find the page, while perspective correction, cropping, rotation, and document enhancement improve the result.

Before creating the PDF, you can:

ADAPTIVE PDF COMPRESSION

The app adjusts the scanned pages to balance readability and file size. After processing, it validates the actual final PDF size and shows whether the file is within your selected limit.

ON-DEVICE DOCUMENT PROCESSING

Your scanned pages are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for document processing. No account is required.

IMPORTANT

The final PDF size depends on page count, document detail, image content, and the selected limit. Very small limits may reduce image quality. Some documents may not reach the requested size while remaining readable. The app always shows the actual final size so you can decide whether the PDF is ready to upload.
