The story of Limousin begins in the early 1990s, with the meeting of the cowboys Rami Ginat and Amir Talmor, and the decision to jointly establish a farm for raising fine cattle, on the hills overlooking the Jezreel Valley. After some time, the idea began to mature for them, to establish a butcher shop that would be able to provide quality meat - from the herd to the plate, with the aim of changing the meat culture in Israel. In 1998, a limousine butcher shop was opened in Ramat Yishai. The butchery has specialized ever since and until today, in aging locally produced beef, under natural and optimal conditions and in the open air. The love and understanding, both in meat and in hospitality, motivated Rami and Amir to open, in 2002, next to the butcher shop, a meat restaurant, with the intention of combining maximum attention to quality, alongside a warm and family atmosphere. The restaurant, located in the heart of the Jezreel Valley, offers a menu built on the unique ability to be based on the best and most natural raw materials combined with experience and proven culinary abilities. We at Limousin advocate attentive, cordial and professional service, fine raw materials, and of course, fine meat without compromise!
