Slowly, the ultra-orthodox sector began to understand the difference between fresh meat from Israeli pastures raised in excellent conditions and meat imported from abroad, and the demand for high-quality meat grew all this thanks to the unique gospel - fresh, fine meat from pastures and cattle raised in Israeli pastures under optimal conditions, and selected one by one by the brothers Asraf - are properly slaughtered under strict and refined supervision in kosher in the ultra-Orthodox community and do not go through a freezing process, even partially.

Today, the 'Wal Dun' meat empire is already at its peak and is only expanding. The Wal Dunn brand includes not only the well-known entrecote restaurant in Mount Hatzim, and not only the well-known butcher shops, but also a business plan that entails nationwide expansion with a network of branches spread from north to south.

The buds of the expansion are already raising skin and sinews with the opening of the large branch in the shopping center 'Barot Yitzhak', the first for its future brothers throughout the country.

Kosher at the highest level - in the past, the Mahdrin kosher requirements were a barrier to making delicious meat and gourmet dishes, but the Asraf brothers turned the equation and created quality meats even in the most sophisticated kosher and they actually show that it is possible to work with Mahdrin meat at the highest level available.

2. Quality - the Wal Dunn brand takes the quality of the meat very seriously and they do not compromise on this: they know that the price will be higher because of this - but it is important to them that a customer who eats or buys from them will receive the highest quality in the market.

3. Cleanliness - anyone who enters a Wal Dun butcher shop is surprised where the pungent smell of leftover poultry and meat that we are used to in Italians is - there is no smell at 'Wal Dun' and occasionally you get the feeling that you are entering a pharmacy and not a meat butcher shop.
