Quick Rider is the official delivery driver application for the Quick Delivery platform.

The app is designed for approved Quick Delivery drivers to manage delivery work safely and efficiently.

With Quick Rider, drivers can:

• Go Online and receive available delivery orders.
• View pickup and customer delivery locations.
• Accept or reject delivery orders.
• Navigate to stores and customer locations using maps.
• Confirm arrival at pickup locations.
• Verify order items before leaving the store.
• Track delivery progress through each delivery stage.
• Confirm arrival at the customer location.
• Complete deliveries securely using delivery verification.
• View delivery earnings and completed delivery information.
• Communicate with customers when required during an active delivery.
• Contact Quick Delivery support directly from the app.
• Receive important delivery and account notifications.

Location is an essential part of Quick Rider. The app uses precise location while a driver is Online or completing a delivery to support navigation, delivery assignment, live tracking, and arrival verification.

Background location may also be used while the driver is Online or has an active delivery so that delivery tracking can continue when Quick Rider is not visible on screen, including when using a navigation application.

Quick Rider is intended only for authorized Quick Delivery drivers. Driver accounts are created and approved through Quick Delivery's authorized administrative processes. Registration is not available inside the app.
