Log the readings from your own upper-arm cuff, follow the home routine doctors ask for, and bring your recorded week and questions to your appointment.
Cuffly is a blood pressure log. It does not measure blood pressure — you take readings with your own validated upper-arm monitor and enter them with a large, easy keypad.
Home BP Week — the routine doctors ask for
• Morning and evening reminders
• A short checklist before each session (no caffeine for 30 minutes, 5 minutes of rest, arm supported at heart level…)
• Reading 1, a built-in 1-minute timer, then reading 2
• A 7-day progress grid that shows missed sessions honestly
• Valid from 3 days / 12 readings; 7 days is best
Prepare your Visit Brief
Save what you want to discuss, details about your monitor, up to five questions, and observations for each Home BP Week. Review your recorded coverage, session averages and reading notes. When an eligible earlier week is available, compare descriptive averages without treatment or causal conclusions.
A report your doctor can use
A PDF with a day-by-day table (AM 1, AM 2, PM 1, PM 2), morning, evening and overall averages, lowest and highest values, a trend chart, your medication list and notes. Choose whether to include your saved, patient-authored Visit Brief. Longer reports can span multiple pages. Share through the system share sheet.
Clear categories, never a diagnosis
Each reading and each average shows the American Heart Association reference category by name — Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2, Severe. Only a clinician can diagnose; Cuffly reminds you to talk to your doctor. Readings higher than 180/120 show the AHA's steps right away, with a retest timer and a button to call 911.
Also in Cuffly
• Medication reminders with a simple "taken" log (Cuffly never suggests doses)
• History and trends for systolic, diastolic and pulse
• Profiles for a parent or partner, each with their own readings and report
• CSV export
Every feature is included — no subscription and no ads. Your readings are stored on your device: no account, no Cuffly server.
Cuffly is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or measure. Always follow your healthcare professional's advice.
