Traceroute is a network diagnostics tool used to track the path of a packet through an IP network from its source to its destination.

What is so special about it:
- Modern design and ease of use
- Ability to see the route of the package on the map
- Ability to trace the result (for example, for calls to technical support in case of malfunction)

half the point of doing a traceroute is see where the problem is on the net, from the response time of each router. but the app hides it

Does a traceroute successfully, however the map doesn't show anything. I've tried with multiple hostnames and nothing ever shows up on the map.

No useful flow information & won't show routes newly opened by browsers or any other app. Useless for me I want it to track EVERY connection. Seen much better trace route apps over the years. Moving on... Ron@Memphis, Tennessee USA
