I'm not clear on how this new app is better than the other. So the family portal is not direct to focus, but is a url that isn't linked so still have to go the web browser to access one view and then go to focus. It's not a streamlined app. What is the point of rooms. No teacher had posted or given any indication that they plan to post there. I prefer the old app, it took me to focus to see the grades. Shortcut to the website is better than this.

Whwre is my zero stars option? Horrible "update." Each time they update this app the functionality gets more regressive. Who is testing these with users and getting feedback beforehand? I have to make 2 unintuitive hops to get to Focus, which I would wager 90% of parents use daily. And they still haven't figured out how to bridge authentication, so we have to login twice. Absolute garbage. I will just go back to using a browser.

This app is horrible. The only thing that works is the school calander. Cannot get on the "ROOMS" Cannot contact teachers Cannot Pay for field trips all of the in the "online pay" portion. And they were supposed to send a code to complete sign up of rooms. Been waiting a week for that. Someone needs to fix this. This is beyond frustrating. I need to communicate with my child's school and they are making it extremely difficult! I would put zero stars if I could.
