I don't believe the app is the most user-friendly; however, it's better than nothing. It would be wonderful to have the ability to have access to my child's coursework without having to use his school laptop. The consistent major problem I have with the app is having to log in multiple times before it connects. Right now, it doesn't connect at all, so I'm unable to see my child's report card. That being said, the grades area is another place for improvement. Exporting hasn't worked for me

I'm not clear on how this new app is better than the other. So the family portal is not direct to focus, but is a url that isn't linked so still have to go the web browser to access one view and then go to focus. It's not a streamlined app. What is the point of rooms. No teacher had posted or given any indication that they plan to post there. I prefer the old app, it took me to focus to see the grades. Shortcut to the website is better than this.

It worked the first year of school perfectly. now it's the second year and it says please update this version it's outdated and can't send messages. completely uninstalled it and reinstalled it. there's nothing that offers an update. And guess what? still says it wants me to update. terrible. terrible terrible. can't contact my kids teacher
