Terrible and glitchy. Very counterintuitive to use and difficult to communicate with staff. Remind was better. As if that's not bad enough it requires you to agree to a series of MAJOR privacy violations. Totally unnecessary for them and third party vendors to have access to my life story on an ongoing basis.
