The app crashes all the time. This is the only way the school to communicate this year and we can't even use it for that. If I need to send a personal message to any of my kids teachers I can't. Any time I try to start a conversation with any of the teachers when I get to select who I'd like to send the message to it immediately closes the app every time. I really wish this would get fixed. It's making things extremely difficult and causing alot of issues and misunderstandings.

The app crashes every time I try to access the messaging portion. I can see there are messages from one of my child's teachers, but I can't get to them! And I have needed to send communication to a different teacher and wasn't able to. It's extremely frustrating that LPS forces this communication tool on us but it doesn't even work. One star is being too generous.

I re install the app because it keep crashing when I try to contact one of the teacher but now it works after re installing. But now I have an issue of I couldn't find the "add student" anywhere in the app, its a bit complicated to use in my end and I wish there's a video more on how to do that.
