The app crashes all the time. This is the only way the school to communicate this year and we can't even use it for that. If I need to send a personal message to any of my kids teachers I can't. Any time I try to start a conversation with any of the teachers when I get to select who I'd like to send the message to it immediately closes the app every time. I really wish this would get fixed. It's making things extremely difficult and causing alot of issues and misunderstandings.

The app crashes every time I try to access the messaging portion. I can see there are messages from one of my child's teachers, but I can't get to them! And I have needed to send communication to a different teacher and wasn't able to. It's extremely frustrating that LPS forces this communication tool on us but it doesn't even work. One star is being too generous.

Only works maybe a quarter of the time. Most of the time I can only see the school/district, and I can't get into the "rooms" side, as the button disappears. The website is no better. This is how we are supposed to communicate with our children's teachers, but it is unusable the majority of the time. Now it no longer opens at all.
