Beatelcont is a mobile application for employees and operational teams working in the field. It allows users to manage assigned tasks, capture photographic evidence with GPS location, record work hours via check-in and check-out, and register expenses and per diems by scanning invoices to automatically recognize data such as supplier, tax ID, date, and amounts. It also allows users to record vehicle maintenance and attach receipts. The application works even offline, storing information on the device and automatically syncing it when internet access is restored. It also sends notifications about new assignments and important alerts. Beatelcont is a work tool and requires company-provided credentials for access. It uses camera, photo, location, and notification permissions to facilitate operation and track field activities.
