Terrible experience. This app feels like a scam. I was debited for a number, but I never received it. After they charged me, the app suddenly said the number was no longer available. I couldn’t select another number, and no refund was issued. It is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. I wish I could write this review without having to give it even 1 🌟

Horrible service. Installed, paid, and it doesn't work. Apparently, in a few days, they will fix the issue. I asked for a solution or a refund. No explanation, no solution, just a refund screenshot. Arthur was the disinterested assistant.

Fraud app, save money!!! They COLLECT SENSITIVE INFO (that is not mandatory when using other similar apps!) in order to use virtual phone number - account has to be verified, but customer service does not respond. Update: they responded 2 hours later ignoring my claim of the refund, instead they sent a list of the information needed in order to verify the account - they collect home address, your passport/ID, phone number, legal name!!! Please refund my money.
