Contractors see only the jobs assigned to them, update status and notes as the work progresses, and navigate to the property with one tap.
Tenants link to their unit with a code from their manager and submit maintenance requests with a clear status they can check themselves.
Everyone sees exactly what their role should see. Your company's data is isolated from every other company's — enforced by the database, not just hidden in the interface.
OFFLINE-FIRST, NOT OFFLINE-TOLERANT
Basements, plant rooms, rural properties. PropFix writes to your device first and syncs when the connection comes back, so bad signal never costs you a record.
