Updated review, as after the new update the world map is now showing exactly that extra little bit I thought was previously missing! Now able to show pins on the map for those sites already visited, and they're also in different colours for cultural/natural categories. Cheers guys.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Are you mentioning the map inside site or location screens or the World map? On the general one, the pins have different colors for cultural, natural and mixed. The visited sites also have specific pins with the same colors. I will add an explanation on the map about the colors and try to improve other maps.

Much better than the previous app I was using. A little frustrating that once I have selected a site and ticed it to indicate I have visited it I have to use the back arrow and it does not return to my previous map view but back to the default world map so I have to zoom back to find my previous country that I want to view again.

The World Heritage release 49.0 comes with 3 new inscribed sites (in danger) and new locations (Mount Wuyi, Levoča and Spišský Hrad, Djenné, Carthage, Tokaj).
