Using similar logic to a dating app, we look at the attributes of a job position and through machine learning compare that with the job seekers experience and self proclaimed strengths to rank them for the recruiter.

Simplify sourcing by including the in-app link in your job postings, we even support the use of QR codes and one touch tap of devices for job seekers to find your positions!
