Worked really well until last time I wanted to park. Usually it says park with location and I select the place and set the time. This time the only option buttons were Plan Parking in advance and Park Smarter with Kerb Pilot. The only way to get around it was to pay 99p to subscribe to premium for 24 hours! Please can you help? Where has pay by location gone?

Awful app. Why do councils insist on using different parking apps, and making them worse than existing apps. "takes minutes to register" - yes, lots and lots of minutes, while being forced to watch ads etc If I'm being made to pay to use the app, it's a dickish move to make me waste my time watching ads as well

It's very clunky, counter intuitive and slow. 1. The splash screen as the app opens has no information and takes 1-2 minutes to clear. 2. It takes ages for the app to respond to a tap even though my device knows exactly where I am and other apps are performing properly. 3.The active session button at the bottom of the screen doesn't respond and several times I have been unable to stop parking & lost money. 4. I mainly want to just pay to park. I don't want to burrow through other features.
