App has recently stopped reducing parking fee when you end parking early. The first time it happened I got a refund, but it still happened the next time I tried. Not much point paying an extra convenience fee if you can't stop your parking clock early to get money back! Paper tickets are cheaper once again. The previous years have seen it go from a simple, effective app to a bloated, ad-strewn, enshittified experience that keeps requesting I purchase a totally unnecessary paid version. Oh well.

Great app and really useful to plan street parking etc ahead of time. Unfortunately now you have to pay for that feature. £45 for a year! Way too much I would pay £10-£20 for the convenience but now I'm back to just looking on Google street view. A bit slower, but free!

Worked really well until last time I wanted to park. Usually it says park with location and I select the place and set the time. This time the only option buttons were Plan Parking in advance and Park Smarter with Kerb Pilot. The only way to get around it was to pay 99p to subscribe to premium for 24 hours! Please can you help? Where has pay by location gone?
