👉 Select Open Settings to switch mode.
👉 Scroll down and find the Option Set preferred network type".
👉 Click on LTE Only For 4G or Click on LTE/UMTS auto(PRL).

If you're having the issue where you lose your connection whenever your data switches between 4g and 5g, as I was, this will absolutely solve that problem. I've been struggling with this for five days, and nothing my phone carriers technical support did solved the issue. This app, though I doubted it, solved it immediately. I selected LTE Only, to prevent my phone from going back and forth between 4g and 5g, and I haven't had a problem since. Literally zero issues, with anything. Thank you!

had two use adguard.. two makethis ad free.. every app... infested with ads. this is now adfree.. android may be free. but not thr app. infested with ads.. i took the oath to fight back towards apps. infested with ads. my fone. keep those naughty ads where they belong. on the server not my fone

The screen of the app when you open it has a button reading '5G/4G Force LTE', when I open it says "set preferred network type" option. I checked every feature of the whole app but none has the option to switch to 4G LTE, my Samsung E7 SM-7000 being incompatible is not the case since there is no option to switch to 4G as far as I know. But the app isn't all that bad since it has other useful features such as checking the data speed. Nonetheless, great applaud for the developers.
