日頃尊敬されていない職業の方が主役となって「職業のすばらしさ」をステージでプレゼンテーションする、働く人が最高に輝ける場所を提供する大会です。
ステージで「その職場をなぜ好きになったのか？」「その職をどんな価値だと感じているのか？」を伝えることで、はたらくことの価値に気づき、働く喜びに満ち溢れた人を増やし、子どもたちが「早く大人になって働きたい！」と思える社会づくりを目指しています。
