I really like the app and it has great functionality. This should be a 5 star review except for the fact that my device, a Oneplus 7, has not been optimised for fingerprint sign on, a feature which I had on my previous device. I have tracked down IT staff of FCMB and exchanged several messages. Update: FCMB has reached out to me and this matter is now fully resolved! Once contact was established they were very responsive and sorted out the matter in a very speedy manner. Thank you FCMB. 😁😁

Terrible The app is quite tricky to navigate. After inputting the amount to transfer it doesn't change to the account entering menu easily. The app asked me to update and after updating its been failing and force closing hence, I'm unable to use the app

App was working fine until in was forced to update today 29 June 2022. After the update, I find it, I no longer have access to my account. It keeps telling me incorrect username or password, knowing well I input the right details. I'M NOT HAPPY! Works fine now. Loving the the new interface in the update
