Great Banking Service, Great App, but as usual alot needs to be done. Firstly, we need a Dark Theme for the App, I bet it's gonna blend in so perfectly well with the Purple. Secondly, the App needs a UI overhaul, the current one is not very smooth and responsive Thirdly, I think there's a bug. When I want to transfer to other banks and it pulls up the list for me to search the name of the bank I wish to transfer to, the page always freezes the moment I start typing before popping results.

very annoying, can't login, had serious trouble trying to sign up. It was so bad that I didn't even know when I had registered because it kept on showing error on the app, if I hadn't received an SMS I wouldn't have realized and now I'm trying to log in again because I've forgotten my username I tried using my card details to get it back and it keeps on showing error and it's not my network! FIX THISSS

my first time using this bank was quite difficult... I struggled to create a username and password.... I had to ask for help from others. and one time I think when they were doing update... I thought the app was no longer functioning and I had to make a transaction ASAP.. I was so frustrated. but overall the app is great.. no much charges 😊
