struggles to open after the latest update....it's frustrating really... my can't this app open in one tap...I keep getting error messages. Still the same problem. I have just done all you recommended, still no solution. I just wonder why the company us you guys as salary account. Fix your banking tech issues please. sometimes you guys just lock someone account for no reason.

The worst banking app so far. I changed my password through copy and paste, and the app logged me out. The issue has still not been rectified on the platform. It has made me lose money on several occasions through transfers, with false alerts stating that the transactions were unsuccessful, whereas they were actually successful.

The FCMB mobile app is very easy to navigate. it is very fast and easy to use. I love the fact that they always alert me to do some activities with my account if I haven't done so for a long time to avoid my account being dormant. You should download the FCMB mobile app if you haven't done so. The experience is pretty cool.
