About this app

ReportIt turns an incident into a clear, professional report in seconds — without accounts, servers or sign-ups.

Pick the department, add up to five photos or a short video, write what happened, and share a branded PDF through WhatsApp, email or any app you already use. Every report is kept on your phone so you can follow it up until it's resolved.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose a department — Maintenance, Security, Fire Safety, Housekeeping, Electrical or your own
• Take photos or a video, add a note
• Share the PDF report through WhatsApp, email or the share sheet
• Track each report: Shared → Pending → Resolved (or Discarded)

FOLLOW UP
• See every report you've sent, search it and filter by status or date
• Reports that stay unresolved for too long are flagged as Pending automatically
• Open the original PDF at any time

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking
• Your reports, photos and personal details stay on your device — the app never uploads them
• Optional App Lock with Face ID / fingerprint / passcode, re-locks after 5 minutes
• Report data is excluded from cloud backups

FREE VERSION — EVERY FEATURE
• Follow Up with full history and custom date ranges
• Export page: a summary of your reports as a professional PDF (optionally with photos) or CSV
• Monthly summary: one PDF per month with totals, resolution rate, time to resolve, each department and what is still open
• Report Design: your own report title, header colour and notes colour
• App Lock, English and Arabic
