Wherever you are in the world, APRIL International Care Easy Claim app allows you to easily send your claim for reimbursement of healthcare expenses.
All you need is your login information and your supporting documents/invoices.

With Easy Claim, your reimbursements are a few clicks away!

With Easy Claim you can:

The app used to be great but can no longer login. I have tried resetting my password and it still says the username and password do not match. Before reinstalling the app, it let me login but would loop and never actually let me in on the main page. The password and username are correct because I can use them on the website but the app isn't working.

cannot edit a letter after u wrote something you have to delete everything. cannot select more than one photo if you have supporting documents. have to do them one by one. reporting features are not great. difficult to see what is paid and not paid. needs an upgrade. the app is easy to use though but van be more functional and user friendly. it beats sending post. thank you.

Thanks! We value your feedback to improve our app. True, you currently cannot amend a submited claim or get detailed information regarding your reimbursements. But you can upload several pictures if you need to.

I can login to the online portal but I cannot login to the Easyclaim app. I have tried several times. I even called your customer service and was asked to delete the app and reinstall it which I have done 3 times and I still cannot login. It seems 90% of the issues that have been reported from reviews are login related. You guys should fix the bug with login since most of the insurance contract capabilities are tied to the app.
