This App is a disaster. I have been covered by April for the last 10 years and this is the worst I have seen, by far. Since they migrated my contract to their new system in August, I cannot consistently log in to the App, I can't track claims for my dependents, my service providers claims are now getting denied automatically, and I can't get access to telehealth. I have been communicating with the service dept for the last 4 weeks (since their migration) and so far no solution. Zero star

"An error occurred while trying to access to APRIL server. Please try again later or contact us if the error persists." Having this issue like everyone else. The company is not helping with the error. What an embarrassment. What is the point of having such a useless "app" if it's impossible to use?!

Cannot even login for 2 days straight. It always says "An error occurred while trying to access to APRIL server". UPD. Figured that out. Because the app uses a default browser to login and I have Firefox set as my default browser which for some reason doesn't work for the app login. I had to change default browser to Chrome, login into the app and switch back to Firefox again. That's not obvious and the error message doesn't help at all!
