This is an update. (2025/08) The app used to be very good. Since about 1 year is seems to get worse with every update. The login, which now utilizes a browser, may not work. You may have to change the default browser of your phone. With the last update choosing the location and facility provider de facto stopped working. The UI for adding pictures / scans has become unnecessary more complicated. It seems new versions are not tested enough before being released. :-(

cannot edit a letter after u wrote something you have to delete everything. cannot select more than one photo if you have supporting documents. have to do them one by one. reporting features are not great. difficult to see what is paid and not paid. needs an upgrade. the app is easy to use though but van be more functional and user friendly. it beats sending post. thank you.

Impossible to lodge a claim and it seems there's no other way to do it. App won't go "next" after first page of info entered. 4.8 stars for the app with so many negative reviews, for real? Wake up, at least let us be able to do it via your website! Edit: I am told to renew the submission after March 26 because there is a problem identified with the app. Which I did. Same problem, no real help, no other solution than wasting time with this app. Have a web based solution rather than useless app!
