Cannot even login for 2 days straight. It always says "An error occurred while trying to access to APRIL server". UPD. Figured that out. Because the app uses a default browser to login and I have Firefox set as my default browser which for some reason doesn't work for the app login. I had to change default browser to Chrome, login into the app and switch back to Firefox again. That's not obvious and the error message doesn't help at all!

I can log in on the portal the app's redirects to. But it doesn't log me into the app. I am unable to do all the things required to do through the apps. A review from 2022 states the same problem and nothing has Been done! Truly rubish

cannot edit a letter after u wrote something you have to delete everything. cannot select more than one photo if you have supporting documents. have to do them one by one. reporting features are not great. difficult to see what is paid and not paid. needs an upgrade. the app is easy to use though but van be more functional and user friendly. it beats sending post. thank you.
