The new Approval Center was developed to optimize and modernize authorization management in DMS Protheus. Responsible for approvals such as margins and discounts, release of budget/workshop credit, and authorizing vehicle services, the center acts as a strategic control point, ensuring compliance with the company's commercial and financial guidelines.

With a renewed, more intuitive and visually pleasing interface, the new center provides a more fluid and efficient experience for users, without giving up the functionalities already consolidated in previous routines. This evolution was designed to offer greater agility in decision-making, security in processes and total alignment with business objectives — all in a more modern and easy-to-use environment.
