Cannot upload anything after filing a claim. Buttons just don't work, this includes take picture, upload picture, or upload document. Extremely inconvenient. Has been a consistent problem for an extended period of time.

Had this product for about 4 months and attempted to use the service and was denied. The app is absolutely worthless, buttons are for show and you can't upload any photos or evidence to validate your claim.

The app experience has been very disappointing. The customer support team has not been helpful either; their only response is to ask for photo uploads, but the upload function in the app does not work properly.
