As of 5/29/2026 the app seems to be barely functional. I was able to download, install, open, and file a claim. However, when it came time to upload pictures, the corresponding buttons did not work. Even after granting permissions, closing the app, relaunching the app, and logging back in. Please fix the upload feature(s)

Cannot upload anything after filing a claim. Buttons just don't work, this includes take picture, upload picture, or upload document. Extremely inconvenient. Has been a consistent problem for an extended period of time.

The app experience has been very disappointing. The customer support team has not been helpful either; their only response is to ask for photo uploads, but the upload function in the app does not work properly.
