doesn't do what it's supposed to. It will not upload or take photos or upload documents or anything for a claim

Cannot upload anything after filing a claim. Buttons just don't work, this includes take picture, upload picture, or upload document. Extremely inconvenient. Has been a consistent problem for an extended period of time.

The app experience has been very disappointing. The customer support team has not been helpful either; their only response is to ask for photo uploads, but the upload function in the app does not work properly.
