⭐ 1 Star This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. It is poorly designed and hardly useful. Login, bill payment, and service-related options are not working properly. Even the basic features are unreliable, causing a lot of inconvenience to customers. An app that is supposed to make electricity bill payments and services easier has become a frustrating experience instead. APSPDCL officials should immediately focus on fixing the app’s performance, login issues, payment problems.

I used to use this app for payments and can view payment history but now it is not working at all not logging in like before it is very funny now wonder whats up any support would be appreciated

Not working everytime shows you service number is old and update new, If I use that updated one also it's not working. I'm doing payment in web there it's fine.
