APT Manager is the field app for teams that run vehicle and site checks and have to keep the paperwork straight afterwards. Drivers, inspectors and managers work from the same records, on the phone at the vehicle or at a desk later.

Inspections built the way you work
Build your own templates with pages, sections and the response types you actually need. Questions can branch on an answer, flag a response that needs attention, email the right people the moment something is reported, or skip straight to the end when a check does not apply. An inspection can be left part finished and picked up again, and every completed one gets its own reference number.

Defects you can follow to closure
Defects raised during a check are recorded with what was reported, how serious it is and where it has got to. Summaries show what is still open and what has been cleared, broken down by kind, so nothing gets lost between the yard and the workshop.

Actions with an owner and a date
Assign follow up work, give it a due date and track it by its own reference. Everyone can see what is outstanding and what has been signed off.
