The web support service is accessed using the ID and password of the "Integrated Security" app. Therefore, the web support service is seamlessly paired with the "Integrated Security" app, allowing for easy bulk vehicle registration using Excel. Security logs, including parking enforcement and patrols, are automatically generated and can be downloaded and printed as Excel reports.
All records can be viewed by date and statistics on entry and patrol records are provided.

[Detailed Description of the Integrated Security App]
1. Parking Enforcement Function
By taking a photo of a parked vehicle's license plate with your smartphone, the app recognizes the license plate number, verifies whether the vehicle is a resident's vehicle and the time of entry. It also allows for the attachment of parking violation stickers.
The snapshot taken on the smartphone is then sent to a cloud server, where it identifies the license plate number and verifies the vehicle's registration. This information is then sent back to the smartphone, allowing security guards to manage blacklisting and other parking enforcement tasks.
If customers use an Internet blocker (=Internet license plate recognition vehicle entry barrier), the shared database allows immediate use without any separate registration or subscription fees. Furthermore, vehicle registration is also unnecessary. Internet users can view a vehicle's access history for one year on their smartphone, regardless of whether the vehicle is registered. The app supports blacklisting of illegally parked vehicles. Once registered, the vehicle is blocked from entering the apartment until the blacklist is lifted. Furthermore, the blacklist can be shared with apartment complexes nationwide, enabling joint access control. It also features an automatic identification feature for vehicles used in crimes. (However, this feature is only available after the National Police Agency opens the database.)

2. Automatic Patrol Log Creation
The integrated security app can automatically create patrol records for security guards and print them as reports. Patrol records are created using the smartphone's NFC (reading) function. The patrol area must be equipped with an RFID tag (e.g., a standard access card or a used transportation card). The RFID tag must be registered with the integrated security app's web support service.

The integrated security app automatically recognizes the smartphone when it's brought up to the RFID tag, even if the screen is locked or the LCD is off, and the patrol records are transmitted to the cloud server.

The integrated security app is free. While using the free app alone is possible, it may be inconvenient.
However, the web support service, which allows viewing on a larger screen on a PC, requires a subscription fee. The web support service offers convenient features such as bulk registration, Excel printing, and various statistical processing.
You can use this web support service for free for one week, after which you can decide whether to subscribe to the paid service (subscription).

The reason we charge a subscription fee for the web support service is because:
Backing up registered vehicles, parking enforcement records, and patrol route records consumes significant traffic and storage capacity, and a certain financial burden is unavoidable for these management reasons. However, the monthly subscription fee is 10,000 won per month. This is not enough to maintain the service. However, receiving this fee will ensure at least some of the data is preserved.
The 10,000 won monthly subscription fee offers the following two special benefits for a limited time:
1) Regardless of the number of registered vehicles or smartphones (or tablets) used for parking enforcement, the monthly fee is 10,000 won per site (or apartment).
However, since it is billed annually, the annual fee is 120,000 won. 2) The automatic patrol record creation feature accumulates a significant amount of data, which is stored and managed in real time on a cloud server. However, no separate monthly subscription fee is charged. While future pricing policy changes are uncertain, existing subscribers will not be affected by the changes.

For the 5th expansion development phase, SK Security acquired the parking enforcement app from its supplier, SK Security. The parking enforcement app's features were integrated into the patrol app currently under development, and the app was redeveloped into an integrated security app.

SK Security launches the "Integrated Security App" on the Google Play Store.
Security & Map's existing "Parking Enforcement" app users will be transferred on January 8, 2025.
