Resident Plus is your mobile portal to your apartment community. This Resident App allows community residents to submit and manage service requests, pay rent online, keep up-to-date on community events and news, and receive messages from the community manager.

Ratings and reviews

Slow and glitchy. I don't want or need all of the events or news cluttering the app. I was hoping it was a convenient app for the resident portal, it was not. To make a rent payment it linked me to the usual website. I don't need an app to do that. Will not be keeping this, and will just continue to pay rent as I have been for the past few years.

Not happy that there is no where in app to view history of payments. After you "send" your payment, you don't see it anymore. If you forgot how much you paid, there is no place for history. At least, I can't find a place like that.

it's a nightmare does not use my correct location. Then when searching manually does not find my apartments and the drop menu does not have the apartments name. Even though this is app on the web site of my apartments to download if your a resident.
