What is the recent actual transaction price of our apartment? How will the price outlook change if interest rates fluctuate or the timing of the move shifts?

Apartment Insight is a real estate analysis app that examines the representative market price and future price range of complexes of interest based on actual transaction trends and market indicators. Before signing up, you can browse apartments in Guest Mode; after logging in, you can register complexes of interest to use the dashboard and simulations.

Explore future market prices and the "My Apartment" screen in Guest Mode. You can view representative market prices, recent actual transactions, and the outlook and expected range for one year from now. You can read the results while examining the data reference date and sample reliability.

■ Dashboard for viewing your apartments of interest at a glance

Check the price trends and key information for your registered complexes of interest in one place. Select a complex and a representative unit type to examine market prices and outlooks based on that unit type. Representative market prices are calculated based on multiple recent valid transactions and may differ from the price of the single most recent transaction.

■ Simulations to compare conditions and timeframes

Compare expected trends by changing interest rates and market conditions or selecting different timeframes. You can examine the difference between the representative market price and the estimated price, as well as price ranges reflecting various possibilities. Use this as a reference to organize what additional conditions you need to check when preparing to buy a home or move.

■ History of Predicted Price Changes

Compare previously checked forecasts with subsequent forecasts and examine the market information viewed at the time of calculation. If the results have changed, you can review not only the price but also the data reference date and market environment.

■ Backtesting to Compare Past Predictions with Actual Transactions

Check prediction errors by comparing predictions from past reference dates with subsequent actual transactions. Rather than blindly trusting the prediction results, examine the verification period, comparison targets, and transaction data together. This feature may be limited if there is insufficient data for verification. Past verification results do not guarantee the accuracy of future predictions.

■ Analysis of Actual Sales and Jeonse Transactions

Check the sales and Jeonse price trends of the complex via charts, and examine transaction lists and information by unit size. You can understand the flow of the complex by viewing various information together, such as recent transactions, peaks during the observation period, and transaction volume. The information displayed on the screen may vary depending on the transaction reporting and data reflection times. ■ Market Indicators and Surrounding Information

Check key market information, such as interest rates and exchange rates, along with information regarding the complex's surroundings, including transportation and schools. Please review the reference point and coverage scope for each data point. No single indicator explains price fluctuations or guarantees future results.

■ Analysis Results Shared via Link

You can share complex market prices and simulation results via a shared link. Recipients can view the results without logging in during the public period. The data displayed on the shared screen is based on the time of sharing and may differ from the latest version.

■ Convenient on Android

Check information on complexes of interest via a home screen widget and receive updates through notifications. You can set up biometric app locks on supported devices. Review key information using easy-to-read cards and charts, even on small screens.
