You can handle everything from vacation management to meter readings and inventory management all within a single app.

■ Vacation Management

· When an employee requests vacation, the remaining days are automatically calculated.

· Managers can view, print, and save vacation records for each employee.

· You can also check severance pay estimates.

■ Meter Reading

· Employee Reading: Enter the building and unit number and save the current month's reading to proceed directly to the next unit.

· Resident Self-Reading: Residents directly enter the meter reading from within their unit.

· If usage changes significantly from the previous month, double-check to reduce input errors.

· Managers can view meter reading records in a table and save or import them as an Excel file.

· You can save a list of units that have not yet been read as an image file and send notifications to those units.

■ Inventory Management

· Manage incoming and outgoing records and current quantities for each item. ■ Resident Services

· Residents may use self-meter reading after signing up and receiving approval from the management office.

· You will be notified via an alert during the meter reading period.

■ Protection and Storage of Personal Information

· Personal information, such as name, building number, and unit number, is stored in encrypted form, and passwords are stored in a manner that prevents decryption.

· Records are retained for 5 years, and older records can be organized after backup.
