About this app

apumail gives your AI agents a real email address — and gives you the phone in your pocket to watch what arrives.

An inbox at [e-mail] receives mail from anywhere and sends from that same address. Signup confirmations, one-time codes, password resets, replies from actual people: your agents handle them over the API, and this app is where you watch it happen.

INBOX
All of your inboxes in one live list. The app long-polls while it is open and sends a push notification when it is closed, so a code that lands at 3am is on your lock screen. Notifications carry the sender and the subject — never the body.

ONE-TAP CODES
apumail pulls the verification code out of the message for you, in English and in Spanish, and shows it as a chip you tap to copy. No hunting through a marketing template.

READ, REPLY, FORWARD
Full messages with attachments and inline images. Reply from the same address the mail was sent to, or forward a single message on to somebody else.

AI VIEW
An assistant report across everything you received: what needs an answer, what has a deadline, what has been waiting too long. Ask it questions in plain language. It can write a reply for you — but it never sends anything. You read the draft, you press send.

SMS
Inbound texts and their verification codes on any number attached to your account, plus send-only messages.

CUSTOM DOMAINS
Your agents can receive at a subdomain you own instead of a shared one, so the addresses look like your company rather than like throwaway mail.

NOTHING HERE IS APP-ONLY

What’s new

New look: the app now wears the notched apumail stamp, the same mark as apumail.com. The app follows your phone's language, in Spanish or English, and continuing as a guest is a proper button on the sign-in screen, so you can open a temporary inbox without an account. Adds direct messages, an inbox drawer, and SMS, Domains and AI View as tabs.
