I have subscribed for yearly plan but couldn't access the novels. The payment is completed, the app shows it is subscribed but I can't access any novels. Please look into it, contacting your team through the app is also showing error.

"MAJOR BUG: The app took my ₹849 for a yearly subscription but didn't activate it. The error says to hit 'Restore Purchases', but the developers forgot to actually add a restore button to the app! Support is also hard to reach. Do not spend your money here until they fix their broken payment syncing and update the app.Ive sent dozen of email no response,they only take your Correct email id also not updated in app"

I have subscribed 2 days back till now it shows no active plan. I have contacted you via app itself but they have not rectified the problem or replied. Atlast I asked for refund till now no updates. the app says they rectify it faster but till now no updates. what a scam ?It's not a small amount Aishwarya. mind it.
