About this app

Aquaservice is the leading delivery company of natural mineral water and refreshing drinks at home, with a dispenser, in Spain. Faithful to the philosophy of offering a convenient service, we have updated our free application to allow you to manage all your water and coffee service from your mobile in a more functional and attractive way.

That way, we are at your disposal 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The use of the app does not entail any cost and, among other procedures, allows you to:
- See your next scheduled delivery date
- Select the products you want to receive in your next order, both water and coffee (including accessories).
- Meet your delivery person and leave him a note with instructions for your delivery
- Request an urgent delivery
- Consult your invoices and delivery notes
- Manage different delivery points
- Request the sanitization service for your dispenser
- Contact Customer Service
- Process your Aquamigo gifts from your mobile
- And many more advantages...



Access
After downloading, the first time you access the application, you will identify yourself with the NIF that appears in your contract and we will verify your mobile phone by sending, by SMS, a personal access code. Afterwards, you can personalize your PIN to facilitate access to the app or use your fingerprint to enter the application.

Multi-user option: as a novelty in this version, you can link several mobile phones to the same contract.

Aquaservice is the leading company in Spain in home distribution of natural mineral water and refreshing drinks with dispenser. A convenient service that was born in 1997 and that we offer for both homes and companies. More than two million users drink from our water dispensers daily and enjoy the convenience of receiving their bottles and coffee on time.

Committed to sustainability, at Aquaservice we have designed an action plan to meet each of the objectives developed by the UN in its commitment to achieve sustainability in the year 2030. Among these measures and actions, we highlight our circular economy model that allows reuse and recycle our water containers 100%, which guarantees zero waste to the environment.

Furthermore, our hybrid delivery fleet is the largest in Spain and the second in Europe, which allows us, among other measures, to contribute to reducing CO2 emissions. On our website you can discover all the other actions we develop – such as our zero paper policy, the “zero glass” project or our exclusive use of clean energy –, with which we firmly commit to sustainable development.

Ratings and reviews

The app is not good. It does not allow for adding to the order or changing the date of delivery. In addition we introduced someone and have never received the promised discount.

If you have a problem, you can never find any English speaking member... like most leading companies. Eg #1 for Spanish, 2 for German, 3 for English. DELIVERY GUYS ARE WONDERFULLY HELPFULL & POLITE

No problems with delivery. Personnel pleasant and helpful as I am disabled. Phone queries answered promptly and clearly.
