• ZELOSA is a service for users aged 19 and older (adults only). While it may contain suggestive imagery, explicit nudity or depictions of sexual acts are not permitted and are managed in accordance with community guidelines.

• You can report inappropriate content at any time using the in-app report and block functions, and the operations team will review and take action.

• Heart Gems top-ups and content/membership purchases are made via Google Play in-app payments.

• You can delete your account directly via [Settings → Delete Account] within the app.
