the app itself is horrendous, you can't enter birthday, buttons are hidden by the top bar, trying to top up or pay is a struggle. But most importantly the locations never seem to be notified that I've placed an order. so I wait 15-20 minutes and realize it's not coming so I have to let them know.

Scrolling through the menu is laggy. The bug has persisted for a long time, and no one seems willing to fix it. I can't contact support through the app (there's no option). There's no Google/Samsung Pay support for payment, which means I need to enter an OTP every time.
