topped up my card in app and I can't even use my top up card, I just have to keep paying with my credit card and enter my info everytime

Scrolling through the menu is laggy. The bug has persisted for a long time, and no one seems willing to fix it. I can't contact support through the app (there's no option). There's no Google/Samsung Pay support for payment, which means I need to enter an OTP every time.

Very bad App with a lot of technical glitches. After my review a very decent and professional customer service agent called me and it was very fruitful call. He explained everything to me and promised to fix all issues in the following update, I hope as their coffee is premium
