About this app

ATTENTION: The WorkZone app collects location data to automatically record employee arrivals and departures, even when the app is closed or not in use. This data is used exclusively for the "Automatic Mode" feature.

WorkZone is an app for automating employee timekeeping using geofencing technology.

Key features:
• Automatic timekeeping: The system automatically records arrival times upon entering a designated work zone (up to 100 meters in radius).
• Shift end monitoring: The app records the end time of work after being outside the work zone for more than 3 minutes.
• Live timer: Track the automatic shift end status in real time within the app.
• Visit history: Access an archive of records indicating arrival and departure times and status (on time or late).
• Manual mode: Ability to manually record arrivals and departures through the app interface.
• Background operation: Optimized background service for stable operation with minimal battery consumption.

How it works:
1. Log in to the system.
2. Enable "Automatic Mode" in the app settings.
3. The app will automatically record your working hours based on your presence in the office area.

Privacy and Security:
We use location data only to confirm your presence at your workplace. Data is transmitted via secure protocols, is not stored longer than necessary, and is not shared with third parties.

Note: Automatic mode requires location access permission set to "Allow in any mode" (Background Location).
