About this app

mySecurity app is a channel to access ISO services including ID, Sticker and Visitor Management system and Material Gate Pass system. It also provides new services such as EasyPass and Gate Traffic. The access to the application is extended to include Dependents, Retirees and Contractors.

I gave this all a 5 star review originally. Have to dock 4 stars because for many weeks we're unable to share the QR code as part of the Easy Pass request. And screenshots are disabled? Why? If you need to confirm something you can always ask people to open up the app at the gate. Even American banking apps allow screenshots. It just makes no sense. So can't share QR code, can't take screenshots. Now I just take pictures from another phone and then send them to myself. Very inconvenient & lame.

The app should allow users to cancel an active digital sticker, as it currently prevents creating a new sticker for another vehicle during the same period. This causes issues when visitors need to use a different car.

App was working before without any issues for me. I had to update my password before expiry, I did and the app now doesn't work and gives me "Uknown error" prompt. I'm not sure how to deal with this, I will try contacting Desk Help.
