I've applied on the website and I uploaded all needed documents. Then I received a message that the hr team approved my application. So I tried signing in with my mobile number but it said that my application is under approval what does that mean could someone help I would like to start work.

I am interested to submit the application, each time the application couldn't send me the verification code to complete subscription it says to me make sure for your mobile nuber. Please help
