All your systems are good but if there is any kind of problem, you don't solve it immediately. For example, if the restaurant is closed, if the customer doesn't change the slot with money, etc. He solved the problem after 2/3 hours. It caused a lot of disruption in the work.

This is a great app, but there is a problem with this app that you have to auto accept every order If you work without an auto, 5 Rials will be deducted from each order. Both should be allowed either on auto or without auto for the convenience of the rider Due to this change people are leaving the toyo function please revise it and leave both auto and no auto to the rider's choice.

They are supportive for the customer, but when it comes to the rider they did not give them proper support through apps or support services, their response time is too much for rider, in case of emergency for example : got accident, tyre punctured they did not want to hear if they dispatched the order also with another driver they will deduct money , if the restaurant make late to prepare the order and this causes cancellation from customer's side they also deduct money from riders wallet.
