One of the worst services when it comes to notifications, after you place an order you'll get atleast 20 emails and another 10 text messages about your order. Order placed, order approved, payment approved, order packed, order dispatched, order in transit, order completed, order feedback, neu coins, etc.. Worst part is there's no way to control or disable this bombardment of notifications. This is after having tuned off all app notifications.

Absolutely disappointed. They are playing with health of people. So many faults in your app Rescheduling feature is totally rubbish, as slots are showing as available on selecting them it's showing no slot available Absolutely unprofessional people are assigned for test taking whose contact is not verified from them and at the day of sample test they don't pick up the call. A total waste of money and time.

Horrible experience with the App. I booked 3 tests each for me and my wife. I paid a premium for the slot I wanted and yet after the check out it gives me a different slot and some tests were not included. I cancelled the tests twice. The call centre is most unhelpful. They kept on saying cancel and rebook all over. I did and the results are the same. And TCS is the leading IT company. God save them.
