I've been using desktop Aratools for a couple years now and I finally bit the bullet and bought this app. Worth every penny. It's not perfect, with some MSA words missing and others out of context but, by and large, it's an incredible tool for learning Arabic. What sets it apart from other dictionaries is its simplicity and its use of the harakat (soft vowels)--which even the revered Hans Wehr doesn't include. It's fast, easy and comprehensive. Mia bi mia. Now, if only the Aratools team were to dive into the murky waters of dialect, we could all live in a more perfect world.
Great resource! Would be better if they included examples with the words, but nothing is perfect!
