Land Scanning is a mobile application that allows you to remotely assess your land using satellite imagery, geophysical data modeling, and AI-powered analysis.
Land Scanning is an independent software application; it does not represent any government agency, is not affiliated with or associated with any official institution, and does not substitute for any official permit or authorization.
When you select the area you want to examine on the map, the application generates a comprehensive report by combining elevation and slope (DEM), annual rainfall, surface temperature, humidity (NDWI/NDMI), vegetation health (NDVI), and geological/lithological data.
What do we offer?
• Signal/Anomaly Scanning: Evaluates geophysical anomalies on the land using real satellite and DEM data and provides a probability-based ranking (PRESENT / POSSIBLE / WEAK SIGNAL). • Agricultural Suitability Analysis: Suggests the most suitable crop and tree species for the region using rainfall, temperature, slope, and elevation data obtained from the same analysis. • Earthquake Risk Indicator: Using the U.S. Geological Survey's (USGS) earthquake catalog and the Global Earthquake Model Foundation's (GEM) Global Active Fault database, it calculates a risk score based on the terrain's proximity to a fault line, past seismic activity, and potential magnitude. • Geophysical Field Data Upload: You can upload field data collected via GPR, ERT, magnetometer, or gravity to include in your analysis. • Detailed PDF Report: Each analysis is presented as a shareable and saveable PDF report.

Important Information
All results produced by the application are based on remote sensing, satellite imagery, and geological data modeling and do not constitute definitive findings. The earthquake risk indicator does not replace an official soil survey; it is not a declaration of suitability for building construction.
The application; This is not a permit or authorization document for excavation, treasure hunting, or mining activities. In Türkiye, such activities are subject to the aforementioned Law No. 2863 and MAPEG regulations. It is recommended to consult with authorized institutions and licensed experts before any physical intervention.
How it Works:
1. Select the area you want to examine on the map.
2. Wait for the analysis to complete (it goes through satellite data collection, geophysical modeling, and artificial intelligence interpretation steps).
3. Review the signal ranking, agricultural recommendations, earthquake risk indicator, and the full report.
Credit System
The application works through credit packages purchased via in-app purchases (IAP). Your credit card information is managed by Google Play; it is not seen or stored by us.
