we have used them for years at the beginning it was a great easy to use app. but they like to keep updating requiring you to have to re learn everything each update not the easiest thing to do. also there customer service has gotten alot worse the last 2 years.

so much time wasted sitting waiting for this app to load in order for me to do my job or figure out some kind of information. it's just not reliable enough. and then when the company you work for 100% relies on the app, and you are judged off how quickly you can get your job done. you quickly learn to hate this app because it doesn't help you get your job done faster. it makes it take longer. then opposed to the company not relying on the app

spinning and spinning. app just spins all the time!
