Archibus OnSite is a mobile app designed for field technicians and field-based teams managing maintenance work, asset condition, and inspections.

OnSite enables teams to access and complete work orders, inspections, and checklists from the field. It supports preventive and corrective maintenance, condition assessments, asset data capture, in-app communication, barcode scanning, and location awareness.

Powered by the Archibus platform, OnSite supports role-based mobile workflows with secure access to enterprise asset and maintenance data. Teams can work online or offline while maintaining accurate, audit-ready asset and maintenance records and keeping critical work on track.
