Ratings and reviews

Easy to book and best rate for all archipelago hotels. There are some bad reviews here, but i think its a technical issue only. The benefit of using this app is still applicable. But the app interface itself need a little bit user friendly and easy to understand.

This new version, its not showing all my benefit at one page. I have to call front office to put my booking into this apps. And I cant chat with buttler, because its not showing that I already checkin. And also it doesn't automatically has welcome greeting from the system like previous version.

The App is far away from well running and should be updated to reach better quality. I'm satisfied with the service offered at your hotels, but I'm not very happy with the App. The programmers should do a better job, I guess they got paid enough to deliver a better service than this....
