About this app
Your record collection has a story. Keep it.
Kept Archive is a private collection app for people who care about the albums they own and why they own them.
Build your personal archive of vinyl, CDs, and the gear that plays them. Keep track of every copy, add notes and condition, remember where it came from, and capture the reason it came home.
BUILD YOUR COLLECTION
Catalog the records and CDs you own, along with turntables, speakers, and other gear. Keep the details that matter to you in one place.
REMEMBER WHY IT MATTERS
A collection isn't just a list. Add notes, condition, purchase details, places, and your own reasons for keeping a copy. Give every record its story.
KEEP TRACK OF WHAT'S NEXT
Build a wantlist for the records you're looking for. Keep the next finds close, whether you're digging online, in a shop, or at a record fair.
SEE YOUR COLLECTOR PORTRAIT
Go beyond a collection count. Kept Archive helps you understand the character of your collection: your artists, formats, styles, and listening habits.
IMPORT YOUR COLLECTION
Bring your existing collection into Kept Archive with Discogs collection import or CSV. Start with what you already have.
KEEP YOUR ARCHIVE YOURS
Export your collection whenever you want. Your archive belongs to you.
