Cannot play video from non-English network folder. I love its clean interface. The reason I still put only three start is to get an attention from the developer for an issue. The player fails to play videos from a network folder if the folder/file name contains non-English characters. Kodi has no problem to play them. And I wish it provide ability to transcode TrueHD to Dolby 5.1 (AC3) so that I can hear the sound on my Xiaomi Mi Box. Please fix the issue so that I can ditch Kodi for real.
Description is a lie, but the player is good Giving poor rating, because they lied about torrent streaming and 3D support. The former is available only in the paid version and there's no option in the interface for the latter. My top-over-bottom 3d videos for Oculus could not be rendered properly by the player and remote playback does not work with external players. If you can fix that and correct your description I'll give you five stars.
Appreciate the Night & Sound Modes! When l delete a video on the External SD card, Archos always reports that it has failed to delete. Would like to see more Volume Boosting Enhancers as standard. Overall though l am pleased with this App. However l do have some complaints. (1) An ugly green fluorescent line at the bottom of the screen in landscape mode. (2) Does not show all video files. (3) Does not support AC3 format for audio playback
Finally a player which can play mkv videos with aac3 audio without any glitches
No ac3 support Useless
- fix a/v sync on Nexus Player
- use resume points with some external players
