Terrible costumer service. Sent and item for repair and they did worst possible repair ever to my pants and they refuse to replace the item despite accepting their mistake. The website and app both are super slow. It gives error 404 on most of the pages you want to see. ( the shipping tracking link, the new arrivals, etc....) 🙄🙄🙄🙄 90% of the items out of stock.

Always signs me out, slow, unable to click on any extra description information, super buggy and unintuitive UI Payment system works great but if I can't find my item or get more information about it it doesn't matter if I want to pay for it

A go to app, my only issue is you put things into the basket and next minute they just disappear from there for no reason so you have to do it again. Aside from that it's an app I use a lot instead of the website.
