CFA Móvil, is a transactional channel of the Cooperativa Financiera de Antioquia CFA, through which the partner, saver or customer, receives information from CFA and performs its financial transactions through their cell phone, easily, economically and safely.

Through CFA Móvil you can:
- Ask for contributions, savings, CFA express, credits and more quota
- Make own transfers and to third parties
- Pay your obligations, the bill of more quota or uses of more space in particular
- Make the payment of invoices of agreements that CFA has available for its users.
- Recharge your cell phone and other services.
- Open your CFA Express electronic money deposit, Create authorizations, cancel authorizations, block the product or cancel it.
- Block the Debit Card
- Manage your login and transactional keys and recover them in case of forgetting

The transactions and operations of the user are attended as long as the balance of the respective account (s) or space allows it.
 
The rates for the transactions that generate collection are informed at the time of making each transaction and prior to the confirmation of the same. The rates are kept available through the CFA website.

To be able to register at CFA Móvil, the user must have their updated information no longer than one year and have their cell phone number authorized to receive text messages, otherwise they must make the update at one of the CFA offices before registration.

For the use of the application requires the management of 2 keys, the first corresponds to the start key, 4-digit numeric key with which you can authenticate each time you require to use the application, the second corresponds to a transaction key required for transfers and payments to third parties, collections, key changes, change of security elements and any transaction that leads to a movement to products of a different owner. The transactional key is determined by the user as a fixed key assigned by the same with 4 digits or a variable key that can be under the code scheme sent to the cell phone or Code sent to the e-mail. The type of key can be changed at any time.

The user must report any change in their cell phone number. In case of loss or theft of the registered mobile, the user must notify immediately through the channels arranged by CFA for blocking the channel.

If you are not yet an associate, saver or client of CFA Express you can download the application and enter through the CFA Express option and in a few minutes open your electronic money deposit only with the data of your identification and cell phone document.

Me parece que la seguridad es algo importante, pero es muy canso tener que ingresar las preguntas de seguridad cada vez que requiero ingresar en la app a parte de la contraseña
